Willett Client Burke Rehabilitation Opens New CT Scanner Suite

Willett Public Affairs is proud to congratulate Burke Rehabilitation on the opening of its new on-site CT Scanner Suite at its White Plains hospital.

Made possible through $1 million in New York State capital funding secured with the support of Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Senator Shelley Mayer, and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin, the new suite will significantly enhance Burke's ability to provide timely, high-quality care by allowing patients to receive advanced diagnostic imaging without leaving the hospital. Willett Public Affairs was honored to work alongside Burke to help secure this critical state investment.

The state-of-the-art 128-slice CT scanner will improve clinical decision-making, reduce the need to transport patients to outside facilities, and strengthen continuity of care for individuals recovering from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex conditions. In addition to serving Burke's inpatient population, the new imaging suite will expand access to outpatient CT and X-ray services for the broader community.
