Felice Farber, Executive Director of STA, was recognized for her leadership of one of the region's most influential construction industry organizations. Under her direction, STA has been a leading voice for subcontractors on issues affecting the construction industry, workforce development, and economic growth throughout New York.

Peter Rescigno, Executive Vice President of NYECA, was honored for his steadfast advocacy on behalf of union electrical contractors across New York City, Westchester County, and Fairfield County. His leadership has advanced workforce development, worker safety, and fair business practices while ensuring NYECA members remain at the forefront of major infrastructure and development projects throughout the region.
