Willett Public Affairs is proud to announce that it has secured $300,000 in New York State grant funding to support the acquisition of 30 new patient beds at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, a leading provider of advanced physical and medical rehabilitation and a member of the Montefiore Health System.

Willett led the public affairs strategy that resulted in a total of $300,000 being secured through 2025 State and Municipal Facilities (SAM) and Community Resiliency, Economic Sustainability Technology (CREST) grants championed by Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins, and Assembly members Gary Pretlow and Michael Benedetto.

The funding will support the installation of state-of-the-art hospital smart beds that enhance patient safety, enable continuous monitoring, and support faster recovery across Burke’s award-winning inpatient programs, further strengthening the quality and efficiency of care delivered to patients. The new beds offer greater comfort, peace of mind, and a more supportive healing environment for Burke patients during their stay.

Willett Public Affairs is proud to partner with Burke Rehabilitation to advance investments in patient care that strengthen and improve health outcomes.
